After School Program
We had a great success with our junior programs. Match Point Academy have developed players that play college tennis in top universities such as UGA, Clemson, Alabama, Kennesaw State University, College of Charleston among others.
We have a comprehensive, highly personalized, and systematic training program designed for players who are committed to pursuing collegiate tennis careers. Our difference between us and other academies is that we believe not all players should play the same so we personalize every player development.
We have a competitive program and a regular after school program.

Orange ball
We have 2 classes for the orange ball program. We believe on solid fundamentals is the key to success. Our coaches are focus on developing a solid technique and foot work at an early age.

Green Dot Ball
We offer that class because we feel is an important tool to facilitate the players’ development. Players need to control their hand and make contact point within the striking zone as much as possible and green balls help achieve those goals.

Summer camps
Summer is the time to make a difference in the tennis game for the young players. We offer 2 tennis camps. The regular tennis camp is design for recreational players. Our main goal in the tennis camp is to emphasize on the right technique and to make sure everyone enjoys the time at tennis camp.
We also have the competitive program. In the competitive program the training is more intense. Our focus with that group is to control the ball (consistency and placement). We play a lot of pattern points scenario situation. Footwork is very important in the players’ development and we make sure everyone is on top shape. We have a proven track of developing players for many decades. We have developed dozens of players that achieve playing college tennis.
Summer Camps starts on Tuesday June 1st and ends on July 30th.

Our Staff
Max is a native of Argentina. He grow up playing tennis in Argentina and at very young age (14) started traveling international to compete. Max played professional tennis in Europe from 1990 to 1993. In 1994 he moved to the US where he played college tennis top 3 in singles all 4 years. His team was always ranked top 10 in NCAA. Max has a dual Masters’ degree (MBA) in International Business and Finance from University of Denver. Max was the Men Tennis Coach at Georgia State University in 1999 and 2000. Max is the owner of Match Point Tennis Academy. He has been coaching top junior players for over than 20 years. Max is a USPTA and AAT certified.
Maxi
AJ is a native of Venezuela. He is an ITF certified. He also learned and applied to his junior lessons the revolutionary Evolve 9 system of coaching. I believe he is the only coach in Georgia that is using that system. AJ has played very competitive achieving #17 in the US national ranking in his age category. He is a very important asset to the program. He is the one in charge of the early development of the players. Solid foundations is the key to a fast development. AJ has been teaching tennis for over than 20 years. He had worked from top ranked players to adult beginners. His wife and his son Nacho also are phenomenal tennis players.
Anibal
A USPTA certified elite professional, captivates juniors and adults with his on court presence and positive attitude. Jack grew up training at Match point tennis academy where he became a highly ranked junior player. Jack has 5 years of coaching experience working with players of all ages and skill levels.
